JOB SUMMARY:
The Quality Improvement (QI) Manager will work under the supervision of the EQHA’s QI Technical Advisor. S/he will be responsible for the overall implementation of EQHA’s Objective 2 workplan and deliverables with the strong focus on overall implementation management of quality improvement activities at the sub-national level in current six target provinces and the extended EQHA sites. S/he will work closely and collaboratively with the government agencies and all stakeholders at sub-national, national programs’ staff, partners, and EQHA’s objective 1 and objective 3 team to ensures successful implementation of the provincial and district level quality improvement collaborative at public and private health facilities. S/he will coordinate with relevant stakeholders and QI champion to ensure best practice of QI Collaborative implementation is shared between current six EQHA target provinces and extended EQHA sites. S/he will manage and support QI coordinators and works closely with data entry officer and project operation assistant to ensure good data and admin support for smooth project implementation.
