Terms of Reference- At least 10 years of experience working on gender and gender-based violence with refugees, asylum seekers, internally displaced and stateless people.
- Experience working with children at risk and with LGBTIQ+ population is an asset
- Knowledge of international standards and national regulations regarding geder violence.
- Postgraduate degree in gender studies
- Solid Work Experience in the area of human rights
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative research
- Experience working with UNHCR and its partners is an asset
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication ad networking skills

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ASSIGNMENT

- Conformation of the National GBV Network with the SOs Riohacha, Cúcuta, Medellín, Cali, Field Office Bogotá, UNHCR GBV Focal Points from Field Offices/Field/Units, and their respective GBV implementing partners.
- Monthly meetings with the technical Comitee of UNHCR Colombia
- Missions to the Field according to the Work Plan
- Training sessions to UNHCR and its implementing partners according to the Work Plan
- Articulation with key institutional actors and international cooperation as required
- Launching of te National GBV Network of UNHCR Colombia and its implementing partners
- Identification and coordination with other GBV protection networks at national and local level
- Other activities required by the UNHCR Technical Comitee
