Manager of Programme Quality based in Yemen
ZOA’s programme in Yemen
ZOA has been operational in Yemen since 2012, mainly focusing on WASH and Food security & Livelihoods interventions. Currently ZOA has offices in Sana'a, Aden, Hajjah, Al-Mahwit and Al-Dhale’e.
Your challenge
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact? ZOA is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Manager of Programme Quality (MPQ) in Yemen. As the MPQ, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the high quality of our programmes, from design to implementation and evaluation. Your strategic acumen will be crucial as you advise and support the Country Director and Programme Managers in development and implementation of the Country Strategy and Annual Plan.
We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain consistency in planning. Your contribution will extend to the development of project proposals for potential donors and the implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning tools.
