Under the direct supervision of the Facilities Manager, the logistics intern provides a variety of specialized and non-specialized transactional support services, ensuring consistency and quality of work steps completed, as well as optimal information flow:
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Organize electronic and physical logistics files.
Assist in the preparation for audits.
Assist the logistics assistant in receptions and inventory.
Assist in the storeroom operations.
Follow up on the stock movements.
Follow up on the staff requests.
Assist in the preparation of Purchase Requisitions.
Other tasks assigned by the unit head.
Requirements:
Bachelor/ Master Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Management, etc.
Fluency in written and oral English required
