Purpose of Job
The Global Mobility Specialist is accountable for the consistent operational execution of the Bank’s HR mobility policies and procedures. The Global Mobility Specialist will handle the majority of day-to-day operational issues and work with third party suppliers to find solutions where appropriate.
The Global Mobility Specialist manages operational mobility support to the Bank as a whole and works in collaboration with other teams with HROD e.g Talent, Payroll, ER, Line managers from the business and HR Business Partners, where necessary, to provide advice, support and liaison with internal and external parties regarding mobility in a consistent and timely manner. A key focus of this role is to provide expert advice and practical support to relevant staff at EBRD including their accompanying family members, with regard to relocation, immigration and destination services, which includes shipment of household goods, within the framework of the Banks mobility policy and in accordance with the Banks special privileges and immunities.
