PSI seeks dynamic candidates with attention to details and an operations acumen to close out the country office program in Liberia. The Country Representative (CR) will provide oversight to the PSI/Liberia staff and ensure a smooth close out of its Global Fund HIV/AIDS project currently being implemented, and the country office thereafter. The Country Representative represents PSI to government, key stakeholders and donors; directs staff; ensures contract compliance; manages financial, administrative and logistical resources; prepares and executes budgets as needed during the close out. In addition to proven skills in organizational management, the ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to successfully close out projects in difficult operating environments.

The Country Representative will be responsible for the ongoing Global Fund HIV grant and office operations until project close out in December 2020 and the close out of the PSI office by June 2021. In addition to close out activities, the CR will be responsible for ongoing management (financial, administrative, programmatic and compliance), and representation of PSI's activities in Liberia.
