How can you make a difference?

Under the direct supervision of the Resource Mobilization Manager, the Corporate Fundraising Officer (NOB) defines corporate strategy and leads corporate team; oversees that corporate fundraising goals are met; leads new business development and ensures synergies between Corporate and Individual strategies to further CPTP (sustainable and flexible funds).

Key Functions

Leads a team of Corporate Fundraising Officers and support staff to ensure that corporate fundraising targets are met. Defines and spearheads the implementation of the Corporate Fundraising strategy to maximize funds raised through the corporate sector. Ensures and integrated and coordinated workflow between corporate and individual fundraising teams to maximize synergies and increase fundraising results. Contribute to the preparation, implementation and monitoring and evaluation of the PFP Strategy and work plan by compiling and analyzing relevant data and exploring new fundraising techniques. Utilizing existing financial tools (cognos etc), monitor and oversee financial results in accordance with targets and institutional requirements. Spearhead new New Business development, focusing on securing new corporate alliances that generate more sustainable and flexible funding for the organization. Define cultivation and growth plans to maximize existing corporate alliances. Secure ways to increase the number of pledge donors via corporate entities and help ensure pledge conversion (corporate pathways to pledge). Oversees internal coordination with programme and communication sections with regards to corporate partners/campaigns. Maintain a "status" update document of all partners and prospects - including potential entry points and strategic vision. Oversee institutional procedures pertaining to forging partnerships (due diligence proposal approval, sales force, discussions with specialists etc.) ensuring adherence to global strategies and policies. Support the offices with other duties as required.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

University Degree in Marketing, Publicity, Business Administration or related field. Minimum of Two (2) years progressively responsible experience in marketing, promotional or fundraising areas. Good level of English is required. Excellent communication and writing skills in Spanish is required.
