The CPS program \"Justice and reconciliation in the aftermath of the Khmer Rouge Tribunal\" located in Cambodia, aims to strengthen healthy forms of remembering the Khmer Rouge past, and to foster national reconciliation in the context of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC). Against the backdrop of a unique international criminal justice process, the CPS program in Cambodia addresses the legacy of the ECCC - a hybrid court in a residual phase after the closure of its judicial functions in 2022.
