Position Summary:
Creative Associates seeks a Civic Education Team Lead for the upcoming USAID-funded Liberia Elections and Democracy Activity.
Reporting & Supervision:
This position will report directly to the Deputy Chief of Party.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform other duties, as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's in international relations, development, political science, sociology or a related field, Master's degree preferred;
Five to ten (5-10) years of experience working on and/or developing civic education programs;
Experience working with civil society organizations and subgrants;
Ability to work independently;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Dynamic and effective training skills;
Excellent organizational skills; and
Authorization to live and work in Liberia.
