PartnersGlobal (previously Partners for Democratic Change), established in 1989, is an international, non-governmental organization committed to building sustainable capacity to advance democratic institutions, civil society, and a culture of peaceful change and conflict management worldwide. POSITION OVERVIEW:
PartnersGlobal is hiring a Capture Consultant to support research on civil society in Cambodia, to be undertaken as part of PartnersGlobal’s anticipated role as a prime applicant to the USAID Civil Society Resiliency Activity in Cambodia.

Location:
The Consultant will be based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Timeline:
PartnersGlobal plans to utilize consultancy services for a maximum of 22 days between 15 April to 15 June 2024.
Travel:
The daily consultancy rates include the local transport fees. If travel is required to a location that requires overnight stay, PartnersGlobal will reimburse these costs based on pre-approval and receipts.
Reporting:
The Consultant will report to PartnersGlobal Co-Executive Director and work closely with various PartnersGlobal staff.
