We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced and hands-on marketing specialist to join our small but mighty Strategy and Partnerships team, covering three-months long service leave. This role suits an exceptional communicator who understands children and young people as audience.

Where you come in:

In this full-time maximum term position (3 months from end November 2023) you will be responsible for delivering marketing and communications activities that support us to meet our audience needs and strategic goals. In doing so, you’ll work closely with Group marketing services and 54 reasons leaders.

You will make an impact by:

Executing our marketing strategy and associated activity calendar Collecting, producing and/or overseeing content development Supporting compliance with our 54 reasons brand guidance and tone of voice Effectively managing our website and LinkedIn channels

This role requires:

An understanding of the Australian social services sector incl. audience needs of government, service partners and clients Experience in content development for children, young people and their carers, with sensitivity to culture and lived experience Strongly collaborative way of working, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively & manage stakeholder and contractor relationships Ability to self-organise and deliver to strict timelines with a solutions mindset Openness to contributing to our adaptive team culture including continuous learning

If you also have web development, Ux and/or digital experience - even better!
