Ashoka Europe seeks a Productivity Wizard to join our fundraising team.

Work closely with seasoned and highly experienced senior fundraisers within Ashoka

Learn and experience their approaches/styles to fundraising for Ashoka

Opportunities to shadow team members and develop capacity to become a strong fundraiser

Develop strong fluency to speak to Ashoka’s core work, programmes and offerings

Collaborate with teams within Ashoka Europe and globally to successfully fundraise for Ashoka

Further develop your leadership, communication and organisational skills


What the role entails: Administrative Support (0.5 FTE)

Support individual team members in diary management, including the scheduling of calls/meetings with externals and potential funders and ensuring timely follow-ups

Includes the drafting of emails, the preparation of agendas, briefing and debriefing support

Lead weekly or bi-weekly meetings with each team member to support effective diary management, ensure frequent updates on fundraising leads, and provide any other administrative support

Coordinate weekly team meetings and ensure necessary follow-ups, taking of meeting minutes and key action points

Support logistics and communications efforts to manage internal coordination such that relevant information is passed on to local teams

What the role entails: Lead Management and Fundraising Coordinator (0.5 FTE)

Manage leads generated by the team via MS Planner system while ensuring GDPR compliance and keeping fundraising leads up to date

Conduct desk research on potential funders, including U/HNWI, corporates, foundations, family offices, and corporates, using platforms like WealthX

Support in the creation and preparation of fundraising materials including pitch decks, proposals and concept notes (eg. Unfunded Fellows Deck)

Ensure team members update their leads on Salesforce

Collaborate and support the team’s finance lead to ensure efficient and accurate management of financial contributions from donors
