About this position

The IT Operations Division manages, implements, and maintains the global information technology infrastructure of the Bank (data centers, personal computers, storage, networks and data, voice, and video communications) and disaster recovery following published standards, best practices, and the Bank's IT environment. The Division is looking for a System Administrator consultant.

The IT Service Management team oversees the service operations for the Bank's global user infrastructure, covering a broad range of activities, including IT support, service desk operations, desktop support, end-user computing, and mobility services. The team uses ITIL-based processes to manage all service requests received through the Client Center as a single point of contact, ensuring a standardized approach to service delivery and improving the overall service quality. The IT Service Management team aims to ensure that IT services are delivered efficiently and effectively, meeting customer expectations and supporting the organization's overall success.

What you’ll do

  • Support, maintain and troubleshoot mobile devices/users using Microsoft Intune, the Enterprise Mobile Management tool used in the IDB.
  • Work on the new implementation of Microsoft Modern desktop, which includes managing devices on a Co-Management scenario with SCCM and Intune (Windows 11 and Apple devices), implementation of a business store, migration from GPOs with ADMX to CSP settings and autopilot implementation.
  • Preparation of Windows OS images using MDT (MS Deployment Toolkit) and SCCM Task Sequences.
  • Monitor, maintain and keep up-to-date Intune infrastructure servers.
  • Install, configure, deploy, and support new Intune servers and infrastructure, including Azure resources and Azure Active Directory.
  • Support in the design, configuration, deployment and management of infrastructures and tools to support mobile applications development produced for and by the IDB.
  • Support application teams, business partners and service providers in the delivery of mobile applications and solutions.
  • Provide support for Enterprise Mobile Management, including but not limited to the IDB app store maintenance, policies, device testing and monitoring compliance.
  • Support Azure VDI Infrastructure consumed by remote users.
  • Act as the liaison to vendors and other teams within IDB
  • Perform administrative tasks according to procedures.

    What you'll need

    · Education: Technical studies or associate degree in computer science or a related technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

    · Experience: At least two (2) years of relevant professional experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

    · Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable.

    Key skills

    · Areas of Expertise: Microsoft Intune; Windows OS, O365 platform, OS Imaging with MDT and SCCM OSD, Apple and Android devices, endpoint configuration and management platforms.

    · Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows servers and Network Administration.

    · Experience in Enterprise Mobile Management.

    · Experience in application and desktop virtualization.

    · Knowledge and experience with Active Directory, PKI infrastructure, MS Config Manager (SCCM), SSH, and MS SQL.

    · Knowledge and understanding of IDB applications and IT procedures.

    · Experience deploying IT solutions organization-wide for 4000+ users.

    · Knowledge and experience in the testing, development, deployment, and publication processes for mobile applications in Apple, Google, and Microsoft stores, as well as in-house deployments.

    · Skills: Capable of performing project coordination tasks with multiple actors, some of them remotely. Produce clear documentation regarding newly implemented technologies. Interact with vendors, lead support calls, and assist in procurement. Excellent communication and time management skills.

    · Knowledge of Active Directory, scripting technologies such as Windows PowerShell, network and networking protocols, and Domain Name Servers functions.

    · Working knowledge of ITIL Framework is a plus.

    · Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries.

    · Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.

    Type of contract and duration

    · Type of contract: International Consultant Full-Time.

    · Length of contract: 12 months. Contract may be extended up to 36 months based on business requirements and consultant's performance.

    · Work Location: On site.
