Il (Elle) sera responsable de:

Services de conduite fiables et sûrs pour le personnel et les fonctionnaires.

Conduit des véhicules de bureau pour le transport du personnel, des officiels et des visiteurs de l'ONU, ainsi que pour la livraison et la collecte du courrier, des documents et d'autres articles. Accueille le personnel officiel et les visiteurs à l'aéroport et peut aider aux formalités et arrangements de base en matière de visa et de douane, si nécessaire.

Entretien du véhicule attribué

Veiller à ce que le véhicule soit toujours en bon état de marche en effectuant les réparations mineures, en prenant des dispositions pour les réparations majeures, en effectuant les vidanges d'huile en temps voulu, en vérifiant les pneus, les freins, les niveaux d'eau et en lavant le véhicule.

S'assurer de la disponibilité de tous les documents/fournitures requis, y compris l'assurance du véhicule, l'immatriculation du véhicule, les journaux de bord, l'annuaire du bureau, la carte de la ville/du pays, la trousse de et les pièces de rechange nécessaires dans le véhicule attribué ; suivre l'assurance et les autres formalités fiscales.

The following minimum requirements:

Education: Avoir au moins le diplôme du BREVET de l'enseignement général (Brevet des collègues /1er diplôme du premier cycle secondaire) et le permis de conduire catégorie \"B\", valide, avec une bonne connaissance des règles et règlements de conduite locaux. (code de la route).

Work Experience: Un minimum de deux ans d'expérience professionnelle en tant que chauffeur dans une organisation internationale, une ambassade ou le système des Nations Unies, avec un dossier de conduite sûr, est requis.

Skills (optional)

Avoir une bonne connaissance et pratique de l'outil informatique (logiciels courants: Word, Excel), de l'internet et de la messagerie outlook. Avoir une bonne connaissance des villes, routes, voies locales et autres conditions de navigation dans la localité où est établi le Bureau de l’UNICEF ; Une bonne connaissance du code de la route, des autres règles locales de conduite de véhicule, du protocole du conducteur de véhicule et des règles de courtoisie; Habileté dans les petites réparations ou dépannages de véhicule Habileté à gérer avec patience et tact les visiteurs ; Sens élevé de la confidentialité, de l’initiative avec un bon jugement Capacité à travailler de manière efficiente avec des personnes de différentes nationalités et de différentes cultures.

Language Requirements: La maîtrise du français parlé et écrit est requise. La connaissance d'une autre langue officielle de l'ONU (Anglais, arabe, chinois, français, russe ou espagnol) ou d'une langue locale est un atout.
