The Role
The Triage and Reporting Officer will play a critical role in Oxfam’s response to Anti-Corruption, Safeguarding and Misconduct. The Triage and Reporting Officer will liaise with internal and external stakeholders in assessing risk and producing high quality qualitative and quantitative reports through data analysis.
Housed within Oxfam GB’s Integrity and Ethics Division, the Triage and Reporting Team will support the other integrity teams including Anti-Corruption, Safeguarding and Employee Relations. These teams are responsible for conducting investigations into matters of bribery, fraud, money laundering and terrorist financing, safeguarding concerns, and employee misconduct in its work globally.
The Triage and Reporting Team is will be the focal point for all allegations which relate to these three teams and support them in the coordination and response to incidents. The team will play a key role in protection of whistle blowers, cross team research, timely action, data analysis and monitoring. The team will also be responsible for liaison with key stakeholders over reportable incidents.
What we are looking for
You will have strong knowledge and experience in database maintenance and in gathering, analysing and presenting quantitative and qualitative data;
Our Triage and Reporting Officer will have excellent organizational skills including accuracy, consistency, attention to detail, tenacity, and the ability to work under pressure.
You will have an excellent understanding of organizational and operational risk and have demonstrated good judgement in handling information from sensitive sources such as confidential whistle-blowers.
