NIB is seeking a

TRAINEE

to join the Accounting Unit, with a start date no later than the beginning of October 2024.

Main responsibilities

Daily, monthly, interim and annual financial reporting. Reconciliation of bank account on a daily basis. Reconciliation of sub ledgers. Assisting in other accounting related tasks. Assist in digitalisation of reporting.

Required qualifications

The successful candidate should have completed 1 to 4 years studies in Accounting. Interest in IT and data analytics is an advantage. Fluency in English is a prerequisite, a working knowledge of one of the Nordic/Baltic languages would be an asset. Qualities such as open-mindedness, flexibility, good interpersonal and organisational skills and a genuine interest in learning new things are appreciated. Aptitude for figures and attention to detail. We expect the trainee to have a good working knowledge of the standard IT tools.
