University degree preferably in the field of aerospace systems engineering or equivalent education. Not less than five years of experience as a project manager for medium size systems acquisition projects or systems upgrade/modification projects in the Defence Industry. Very good knowledge of and experience in management principles, practices and methods of control including required management tools. Very good knowledge of the concepts, theories and principles of missile systems operations and support. Ability to deal with national representatives at all officer levels. Ability to facilitate/present persuasively and negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes. Ability to manage time and work effectively under pressure while producing high-quality products under short-notice deadlines. Ability to develop resourceful and effective solutions to complex problems, ability to focus team on performance goals and expectations, and to engage problems early to mitigate risk and redirect performance.

Basic monthly salary: EUR 7,370.72, tax free.
