University degree, preferably in computer sciences or equivalent education. At least five years of experience in similar environment, i.e. supporting business applications, business automation and systems. Organisational and project management abilities; proven ability to work as a member of multi national/multi-disciplinary teams (including contractors), dealing with complex, interrelated technical issues. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, in technical and non-technical areas with technicians and non-technical managers particularly in trying circumstances. Ability to work independently and with the team, to be self-motivated, to work under stress with tight deadlines. Specific Qualifications Broad technical background or experience in the area of ICT [including Systems, Applications and Products, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), networking, internet and operating system technology, systems security]. Multi-year experience working in Service Desk or Customer Success operations with deep understanding and knowledge of the of the Service Desk operations. Very good interpersonal & communication skills as the incumbent will be exposed to diverse groups of users and colleagues in various situations. Ability to support systems/technical environments managed by other personnel. Knowledge of tools supporting Service Desks, collaboration tools & Active Directory. High awareness about Cyber Security environment, especially in the context of Service Desk applications NATO's two official languages are English and French. The work of this post is mainly conducted in English, therefore fluency in that language is essential and working knowledge of French is desirable.
