Purpose of the Job
The Senior Officer - Marketing and Digital Content’s main tasks are to provide support to the Principal - Marketing Sponsorship and Technology Management and to the Analyst – Marketing and Sponsors Outreach in the design, development, coordination and management of the marketing campaign, digital assets, social media channels, Annual Meeting website, the mobile-based application MyEBRD and the on-site overall notifications for all AM participants.
The role requires relevant experience in design, marketing and social media fields and close working collaboration with the Event Management Team and Protocol Team (AMPEM), Communications, Health & Safety, Transport, media partners, sponsors and outsourced providers
Background
The Senior Officer - Marketing and Digital Content role is based in the Office of the Secretary General (OSG). OSG acts as secretariat to the EBRD Board of Governors and Board of Directors and their committees and as the official channel of communication between the EBRD and its shareholders. It is responsible for the organisation of the Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors, all meetings of the Board of Directors, other large events organised under the auspices of the EBRD and all protocol matters involving VIPs from shareholder governments.
Within OSG, this role is responsible for assisting with marketing activities, the on-line marketing platforms of the Annual Meeting and the liaison with external international media partners, sponsors and AM Participants in general.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
The Senior Officer, Marketing and Digital Content, under supervision of the Principal, will take ownership of marketing initiatives for the Annual Meeting (AM), building and maintaining a network of relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders, including sponsors and media partners in the Host country where the AM takes place.
