Where you come in:

In this part-time, permanent role (22.8 hours per week, days flexible), you’ll provide effective and efficient day-to-day administrative coordination and have an opportunity to extend your skills to help facilitate the development of business systems and supports that increase our ability to make a positive impact in our community. You'll report to the Operations and Business Services Manager and to secure the right person, we are keen to hear from candidates located in Hobart, Devonport and Launceston.

You will make an impact by:

Finance - Accurately undertaking all financial activities including the processing of invoices, purchase orders, banking and budget development Property & Asset Management – Coordinating asset management including office site management, fleet and office hardware assets Communications & Stakeholder Engagement – Engaging with internal and external stakeholders and providing information and support in an appropriate and accurate manner Workplace health and safety - Coordinating property audits and identifying opportunities for improvement and responding accordingly Administration - Providing general office coordination and support

Does this sound like you?

You're an adaptable all-rounder, with a proven background in administration or office management support, finance and data processing and/or able to acquire these skills quickly. Your organisational skills alongside your attention to detail will support the efficient and effective running of the Tasmanian team. You're personable and friendly, and you'll easily build strong positive relationships with all stakeholders and the community.

This role requires:

Strong computer literacy and data entry skills (word processing, spreadsheets, databases and graphics) are essential, Financial and invoice reconciliation skills and experience, Exceptional customer service skills, Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, Strong time management and organisational skills, and Stakeholder engagement experience and skills.
