Terms of ReferenceTerms of reference:
- Assist in identification of families or individuals with specific needs, in accordance with procedural standards of vulnerability that require UNHCR assistance by answering and responding to their queries, primarily through the Hotline
- Assist in receiving applicants at the front desk and help answering their query in consultation with the designated supervisor
- Assist in responding to email queries in consultation with the designated supervisor
- Participate in the verification of cases by updating their biodata and other information
- Translate reports from English to Arabic and vice-versa
- Perform other related tasks relevant to the above outlined activities as may be requested
