University degree in engineering or equivalent experience. Not less than three years of experience in the life cycle support of complex military systems, in particular Land Combat Missile systems. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of production and logistics management of Land Combat Missile systems, preferably acquired in a multinational missile programme. Ability to promote international cooperation and to participate in and conduct international meetings efficiently. Ability to facilitate/present persuasively and negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes. Ability to manage time and work effectively under pressure while producing quality products under short-notice deadlines. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
