University degree preferably in Computer Sciences or equivalent education. Experience in the information systems field, with relevant experience on process digitalization in the product lifecycle management (PLM) area. Major PLM project completed from feasibility study through to post implementation review, with responsibility for project management at each stage of development. Broad technical background in the area of IT infrastructure and applications including Systems, ERP, EDI, Internet technology, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), network and systems security. Functional and technical knowledge of leading solutions for Digital Engineering and Product Lifecycle Management such as Siemens Teamcenter, Windchill or Dassault Sytèmes Enovia, etc. Knowledge and experience of Digital Engineering and PLM processes and implications for their integration in new and existing multi-national programs, including interoperability between suppliers, organizations and international agencies. Knowledge and proven experience on process and data modeling applied to large IT systems. NATO's two official languages are English and French. The work of this post is mainly conducted in English, therefore fluency in that language is essential and working knowledge of French is desirable. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
