Back Program Manager - ReDI Kids Duisburg

ReDI School of Digital Integration is a non-profit digital school working to empower vulnerable communities through digital education. Our kids and youth program in Duisburg aims at accelerating the social and cultural integration of youth in marginalised sectors by sharpening their 21st-century skills. Through a combination of fun and playful approaches with innovative teaching methods, the students will become curious about technology (coding and robotics), improve their empathy and learn how to collaborate.

About the role:

As Program Manager, your responsibilities will be to design, implement and evaluate the program and be responsible for its coordination, expansion and overall development.**

• Coordination and communication with schools
• Program partner management and expansion
• Establish and drive course portfolio strategy
• Curriculum acquisition, planning and delivery
• Program extension and supplemental planning
• Quality control and improvement of program (impact)
• Team management
• Program visibility on social media

About you:

• Native German speaker with fluent English
• Background in education, educational psychology and/or sociology
• Team player with excellent people skills
• Experience working in multicultural contexts
• Deutsche Muttersprachler in mit fließendem Englisch
• Solid project management and organizational skills
• Flexibility to adapt to fast-changing situations
• Experience in data collection and report writing
• Strong interest in digital literacy and the IT sector
