Complete secondary school or equivalent education. Experience in handling, material control and warehouse procedures normally acquired after two to five years in the Agency or in a similar organization. Good judgment, ability to manage and train assigned staff and to establish a good working relationship. Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
