World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world’s leading conservation organizations, seeks a Talent Acquisition Intern, Technology. The intern for the Talent Acquisition team will support several functions that include general administrative tasks, research initiatives and collaborative talent acquisition projects.

Impact

The Talent Acquisition Intern, Technology (TAI-Tech) will help WWF in its work to help local communities conserve the natural resources they depend upon; transform markets and policies toward sustainability; and protect and restore species and their habitats by contributing to the management and improvement of the technology needed to attract and hire talent to create and support some of the planet's greatest conservation victories.

Responsibilities

Intern Project: Applicant Tracking System analysis and optimization support Inventory and catalogue ATS email templates and forms, and reports, identifying duplicates.
Research ATS best practices for efficiency, and provide recommendations for potential improvementsParticipate as member of ATS optimization team, assisting with with tracking optimization progressRun ad-hoc reports within ATS, as neededMonitor job postings in iCIMS for consistency and format, as needed. Assist with compiling and quality checking applicant tracking data for annual AAP/EEO Reporting Administrative Coordination:
Maintain spreadsheets for upcoming intern end dates and employment changes. Draft extension and benefits eligibility letters for interns. Monitor Talent Acquisition email inbox and route requests to appropriate party. Perform general data entry tasks.

Learning Objectives

Through direct experience, the TAI-Tech will learn the importance of applicant data integrity and compliance and gain a basic to intermediate proficiency in ATS reporting and analysis. The TAI-Tech will also gain basic understanding of the role of technology in sustainably improving the recruiting hiring lifecycle.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Current undergraduate student in Human Resources, Organizational/Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred; all majors will be considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and video-conferencing platforms (i.e., Zoom, Teams, etc.) Behavioral Competencies: Meticulous attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy of data entered, compiled, and audited. Intellectual Curiosity to quickly learn new technology using available resources including help feature and internet research and ask the “why” behind some of our procedures will help us to identify and re-examine past practices that may longer be applicable. Reliability / Follow-through to see assigned tasks to completion or proactively seek help without the need for multiple reminders is essential in this fast-paced environment. Adaptability to adjust to changing priorities and feedback designed to increase effectiveness and foster professional development. Interest in conservation and environmental sector career development pathways Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and other applications (i.e., iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, etc.)
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting

Compensation: $17 per hour, part-time, 15 hours a week
