Consulting Firm(s) to Develop Environmental and Social Management Framework and other safeguards and gender documents for two projects entitled:

“Strengthening Ecological and Livelihood Resilience in the Southern Belize Reef Complex” and “Resilient, Bold Belize”.

Consultancy Duration: 3 - 6 months

The World Wildlife Fund Mesoamerica Office requires consulting services for the development of an Environmental and Social Management Framework and other safeguards and gender documents for two different projects, both based in Belize. These projects are:

“Strengthening Ecological and Livelihood Resilience in the Southern Belize Reef Complex” funded by the Blue Action Fund, and“Resilient, Bold Belize” funded by the GEF.

Interested consulting firms should submit, no later than November 19 a detailed application proposal including:

A curriculum vitae detailing the firm’s experience in relation to the topic of the consultancy; A Technical proposal including an analysis, comprehension, and eventual comments on the Terms of Reference, and a proposed chronogram of activities; A Financial proposal with a detailed budget (separate for each TORs) specifying consultant daily rates, travel, and other logistic expenses required to complete the required activities; and A sample of safeguards and/or gender-related assignment(s) completed previously.
