University degree in finance, accounting, business management or equivalent relevant experience. Good knowledge of and experience in budget control. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing and orally to a variety of audiences. Knowledge of international public sector financial management. Knowledge, skills and abilities in the Agency’s enterprise software (SAP) system and related automated financial management tools. Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating complex finance tasks. WHAT DO WE OFFER?

Basic monthly salary: Luxembourg EUR 7,467.80, tax free; The Netherlands EUR 6,706.93, tax free. The duty stations will be in Capellen, Luxembourg or Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
