The Corporate & Portfolio Risk Management Department (CRM), under the Corporate Risk & Sustainability Vice-Presidency, provides Corporate-wide risk oversight of IFC's debt, equity and treasury portfolios, as well as managing IFC's overall capital position and financial sustainability. Within CRM, Treasury Risk Team (CRMTR) team is responsible for providing risk oversight of IFC’s Treasury Activities. This includes measuring, managing and monitoring the market, credit and liquidity risks in IFC’s portfolio. 
CRMTR is searching for a consultant to join an international dynamic team to support the implementation of a new treasury platform, with a focus on credit risk functionalities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Represent CRMTR in the Murex implementation project as Subject Matter Expert: in Credit Risk, Collateral Management & Compliance implementation streams
• Help to create, and document, user stories, requirements gathering, and define user testing acceptance criteria. 
• Assist in determining and executing test cases to ensure results are in line with requirements and expected results.
• Structure feedback and requirements from within CRMTR concisely and consistently convey them to the project implementation team
• Maintain issue status logs and follow up with business analysts to ensure issues are resolved.
• Prepare reports and status updates for CRMTR and management.
• Collaborate with IT for reporting implementation 
• Ensure all requirements in the scoping document are completed.
• Contribute to proper and timely implementation of the new platform.
• Provide general support to CRMTR where needed.
• Help create document MUREX user manual for credit, compliance and collateral functionality.

Selection Criteria

• Master’s degree (advanced degree)  in a relevant discipline with a strong technical background.
• Relevant experience with implementation and/or use of the Murex 3 platform is a prerequisite.
• Experience in user acceptance testing, ideally for trading platforms , is required.
• Understanding of trade entry, valuation, and related risk limit processes of fixed income products, including derivatives, is warranted.
• Familiarity with the collateral management process for derivatives and repos dmargin call process, independent amount, rating triggers, etc.).
• Understanding of the structure and general terms of ISDA/CSA and GMRA contracts is advantageous (minimum transfer amount, threshold, etc.).
• Experience working with IT professionals within either a Risk Management or a Financial Division is a strong plus.
• Ability to handle pressure, meet strict deadlines and work efficiently in multicultural teams.
• Familiarity with scripting and programming languages such as VBA, SQL, R, and Python and associated software libraries is advantageous.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
