This is your opportunity to use your retail experience, love of recycled goods and your amazing people skills to help ensure our op shops are fully stocked with the right products that we then sell to support numerous projects that help to create better lives for children.

Where you come in:

You will lead the team of Warehouse volunteers to ensure that the right products are distributed to our stores across WA. You will work closely with the State Manager and Area Managers to service the store’s needs.

A typical day could see you:

Leading the warehouse team from the front Support training and development Identifying inventory requirements and work to address gaps Work closely with the Area Managers and State Manager to fill our op shops Effectively manage resources to ensure timelines are met

In this role, you will continually look for ways to improve and develop operations – using your skills but also learning and adapting to achieve successful outcomes. You are energetic, passionate and have a high sense of urgency and you can work comfortably with a diverse range of people. You may be an experienced retail area manager or store manager looking for your next challenge.

A proven ability and demonstrated versatility in aspects of warehouse management Strong leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to manage staff to deliver results High levels of interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills An ability to prioritise your own work and a commitment to ensuring performance indicators and met and exceeded where possible Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Passionate about delivering great customer service
