Job Overview:
The Director of IRC’s New Jersey Office for Refugees (NJOR) is responsible for leadership and oversight of the NJOR office. The position is responsible for all NJOR programs, reporting and communication. The Director is responsible for ensuring program development, subaward funding allocations,
compliance and training; for maintaining well-functioning systems for finance, human resources, and operational activities; and for providing leadership and people management for NJOR staff. The Director collaborates closely with the New Jersey State Refugee Coordinator (SRC), who sits within the State of New Jersey’s Office of New Americans. NJOR coordinates with the SRC to ensure refugees in New Jersey access the benefits they are entitled to as the high-quality services required to achieve early self-sufficiency and positively integrate into their new communities. NJOR is the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) Replacement Designee for Refugee Cash Assistance and Refugee Support Services programs in New Jersey. This position reports to the Director of the Office for State Partnerships, RAI.

Job Requirements:
*Education:*** 4‐year college degree in relevant field required. Graduate degree in management, international relations or social work preferred.

Compensation: Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirement.
