JOB OVERVIEW: The casework assistant will provide Reception & Placement (R&P) case management core services and coordinate extended case management (ECM) services including health, employment, financial stability, education, and housing for refugees during the two-year period after arrival. This position reports to the Casework Supervisor. A major focus of this role will be to support digital inclusion pathways for new arrivals in their first three months in the U.S. This includes supporting access to affordable internet services and distribution of lap top computer and smartphones with data plans.
