Our renowned partner organisation, which has an excellent reputation both regionally and internationally, is a non-profit organisation that has set itself the goal of promoting peace and social cohesion. It does this by supporting peace initiatives and educational projects. With an established network and the active presence of project managers and youth workers throughout Kyrgyzstan, our partner organisation offers an inspiring environment for development professionals. Working with young people, the focus is on conflict transformation - a vibrant dynamic in which innovative ways for a harmonious future are created together with young people. You will be involved in peace policy programmes, impact-oriented planning, monitoring and evaluation as well as diversification of project funds.
IPD is based in Bishkek, an exciting metropolis to build strategic collaborations and partnerships for resource mobilisation.
Job Scope
You will make a valuable contribution to IPD achieving its funding targets, for example by supporting colleagues in the development and implementation of an effective fundraising strategy.
