University degree or equivalent education. Good knowledge of Logistics Fuel requirements for National and NATO support to Operations and Exercises. Experience as Fuel Logistics Staff Officer within national MoD, NATO or NSPA. Experience in Fuel Supply Chain planning and implementation in a military/civilian environment. Experience in pipelines activities in a military/civilian environment. Experience in development of writing reports and project management. The consultant must hold, or be able to obtain, a valid \"NATO SECRET\" security clearance. Ability to manage time and work effectively under pressure while producing quality products under short-notice deadlines. Ability to express himself/herself, orally and in writing Knowledge of information systems at end-user level with experience in using personal computers and software packages, especially MS PowerPoint/Word/Excel. IMPORTANT NOTES
In accordance with the NATO employment regulations, the contract will be established for
a 12-month period. The working language will mainly be English.
The duty stations will be Norfolk, USA or any other area as required.
