Position Status: Permanent

Activity Rate: 100%, 37.5 days/week

Salary Grade: Level B on the MSF Canada Salary Grid, $58,762 per year (non-negotiable)

Status: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada; MSF Canada is not in the position to support a work permit process for any applicant outside of Canada

Impact

The Recruitment team HR Administrator (HRA) is the backbone to the recruitment team and works in close collaboration with all members of the team, especially the Recruitment Officers (RO)s. They provide comprehensive administrative support to the full recruitment cycle of international mobile staff (IMS) and other recruitment activities.

Knowledge and Experience

Previous experience in an administrative or professional office support role Knowledge and familiarity with the recruitment cycle (attraction, selection and onboarding) Experience in event planning (in person or hybrid). Experience dealing with confidential documentation and personal information Previous experience and high level of comfort using MS Office Suite/ Office365 in particular: Outlook, SharePoint, Word, and Excel Comfortable navigating databases and data extraction (e.g., HRIS systems)

Education, Certifications, and Languages

Recent graduate from a recognized college or university in human resources or a field relevant to the work to be performed or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education Fluency in verbal and written French and English
