Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship
The position of Associate Operations Analyst is assigned to the Fragility and Engagement Division (CCFE) within the Climate Change and Sustainable Development Department (CCSD). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.
You will report to the designated International Staff.
Your Role
As an Associate Operations Analyst, you will provide analytical, operational, and administrative support to CCFE to promote ADB Strategy 2030’s operational priorities through knowledge and technical assistance processing and implementation.

Project Administration
Work Program and Budget Programming and Management
Contribute to the preparation of the team's annual administrative budget by consolidating the CCFE work program and preparing corresponding financial resource requirements and background materials. Prepare the midterm budget review and revised budget estimates. Monitor and analyze utilization of administrative budget to ensure that expenditures are properly accounted for and that deviations from forecasts are justified. Recommend budget reallocation where necessary and appropriate based on the teams’ requirements and work programs. Record and review budget information in applicable systems against the team's budget requirements. Advise colleagues on cost-effective and efficient ways to utilize available budget according to the climate change work program within a specified period.
Administrative Support/Others
Support the organization/implementation of training, seminars, conferences and workshops organized by or involving CCFE. Support activities related to ADB publishing process relevant to FCAS and SIDS, and engagement with civil society organization as necessary. Provide administrative support to International Staff as needed during the absence of the Senior Operations Assistant.
