Purpose of Job
As Associate Advisor (Change Management & Donor Reporting), you will support EBRD’s Donor Partnership department (DP) in implementing critical reforms and ensuring that EBRD’s donor reporting is of high quality as well as timely.
Reporting to DP’s Head of Donor Operations, your role is an internal one that will require cooperation and coordination with many internal stakeholders. Working closely with DP’s Principal Manager for Donor Operations, Donor Fund Managers, senior colleagues in DP and a wide variety of teams across the EBRD (including Banking, Impact, Design & Transformation, Policy Strategy Delivery etc.), you will contribute to transforming the donor-funded business of the Bank and ensuring the results of programmes are measured, clear and well-articulated and that learning from programmes is appropriately shared.
