FUNCTION OF DEPARTMENT
You will provide support to the Chief Performance Officer and their respective business unit, including but not limited to providing support to the ‘Programme Management Office’ as well as to Business Improvement and Delivery efforts.
MAIN JOB PURPOSE
This is an exciting opportunity to provide support to the Chief Performance Officer as well as providing direct support to the Programme Management Office, including on Business Improvement activities and across the portfolio of Crown Agents live projects and programmes.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB
Operational
Be aware of and adhere to company quality standards and procedures in accordance with Crown Agent’s commitment to working to the highest quality standards and striving for continual improvement
Any other duties as appropriate to the position, as requested
Support the delivery of live programmes on behalf of clients and donors
Prepare agendas and ensure relevant papers are complete and distributed prior to meetings
Attend meetings as required to take notes minutes and action points
Collaborate with the Chief Performance Officer and their business unit on various projects and attend relevant meetings; follow up on pertinent action items
Help resolve operational pinch points which need following up and tracking across multiple business teams
Support the implementation of PMO and/or Business Improvement -cross-organisational initiatives
Support in ensuring requirements for project compliance are met
Support in developing client reports
Support communication and correspondence with external stakeholders on projects
Support project manager to monitor activities and deliverables on projects
Follow up on actions from team meetings to ensure they are completed in a timely manner
Collaborate with project manager and project team to implement effective delivery of projects to ensure impact, whilst meeting client expectations

Qualification
Ideally, holds an MSc degree in a relevant subject (International development; International Relations; Humanitarian Aid; Political Science).
