GENERAL OBJECTIVE

Project Management: implementation, monitoring, measurement, and budget justification

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the partnerships team on the following:

· Strategic planning of the milestones of the projects.

· Design workshops to align objectives.

· Research on the specific topic of the project.

· Content creation.

· Support in the call and follow-up of periodic coordination meetings with the partner and collaborators of the project, as well as internal meetings with the rest of the members of the Ashoka partnership management team.

· Development and activation of networks for the collection of projects and information.

· Organization of presentation events, managing all relationships and communications pre-event and during it, and ensuring an excellent overall experience.

· Supervision of the development for each phase of the project.

· Design and preparation of monitoring reports (activities and impact, achievements, direct and indirect beneficiaries, etc.) of the projects.

· Support the fundraising team on strategy and resources.

· Support in the organization of the New Longevity Summit.

· Support in the communication strategy with our partnerships.

· Create templates to potential renovations, workshops and proposals.

REQUIREMENTS

· Fluent in English and Spanish.

· Ability to work autonomously and online (with teams from Barcelona and Madrid).
