RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate the general operations of local Youth Years initiatives.Manage the team of interns and volunteers. Work together with Youth Years Director to define the local strategy and its alignment with global strategyMap and connect with potential Jujitsu Partners for Youth Years strategy Look for local funding and follow up partnerships related to YY programs Work together with Comms teams for creating powerful messages around YY initiatives
REQUIREMENTS: have previous experience on working with Youthhave knowledge on communicationshave excellent interpersonal relationshipsbe passionate about social innovationbe empathetic and with a strong ethic fiberhave leadership skillsbe passionate about teamworkbe an entrepreneur (specially focus on social entrepreneurship)know how to use Office tools and salesforcespeak and write Spanish and English
