In partnership with key stakeholders and the Palestinian Ministry of National Economy (MoNE), PSDP supports micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) directly and by strengthening the capacities of MoNE, specialized Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and private sector organizations. As a new focus, PSDP added the EU co-financed project “Green Growth Palestine” to its scope and supports the German lead of the Green Economy (GE) component within the Team Europe Initiative (TEI) “Sustainable Growth, Jobs and Resilience”. In this context PSDP supports the transition of MSMEs towards green and inclusive business practices, builds capacities at the MoNE and supporting organizations and together with TEI partners and stakeholders develops, manages, and disseminates knowledge of the GE.

The security situation is tense. Tailored security risk mitigation measures are in place for GIZ staff in country. GIZ staff must adhere to security measures at all times. The freedom of movement is restricted. GIZ does not impose any restrictions on life partners and family members to move with you to the country of deployment.
