The Administrative Assistant position provides support in the overall administrative management of the Tondo base office. Duties may include, but are not limited to, support to program partners and staff, assistance in the implementation of routine operations and logistics functions, coordination of and participation in area and/or program activities, internal and/or external communication, preparation of reports and program documentation, support finance-related activities, and assist in data/information collection activities.

The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Area Coordinator and coordinate with the Program Coordinators/Heads to ensure timely delivery of administrative support.

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent; or two to three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Relevant degree or experience in office management and administration.

  • At least 2-years’ experience in providing administrative support to organizations.

  • Possess good communication and people skills; ability to coordinate activities with other NGOs, DSWD, DepEd, LGU’s, Tech-Voc Training Providers, and church partners

  • Work experience in administration, logistics, and budget.

  • Organized and detail-oriented.
