Reporting to the Head of Programs, Africa, the RPA, Africa will be responsible for supporting Country Program Offices (CPOs) in Benin, Cameroon, DRC, Ethiopia, Nigeria and Tanzania to maximize the impact of our programs. The successful candidate is an independent, self-starter who excels in project design, proposal writing, partnership development, project management and cross-cultural communication. Working closely with the Head of Programs, Africa and coordinating the efforts of a cross-functional team, you will support the sustainability and growth of Cuso International’s programming initiatives in Africa. Your excellent communication skills (both in English and French) and interpersonal capabilities, will allow you to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, and staff. Your ability to write program development content for a range of audiences and effective researching skills will contribute to your success. With at least five years of relevant experience, you have worked with MEAL systems and frameworks and have knowledge of the funding requirements of international development agencies.
