The purpose of the role of Programmes Director, positioned in Brussels, is to lead and manage Mission East’s programmes strategy, content and levels of delivery, in order to enable our organization to fulfill its mission to support and empower communities in need.
As a member of the management team, your tasks will be to combine day-to-day leadership of the Brussels-based programme staff, in relation to the various country-based teams of Mission East staff, meanwhile managing donor relationships, and developing the programmes strategy and operational implementation systems and procedures, in order to see our organization’s mission and values clearly into action in our programming work.
