**The Feminist Development Justice (FDJ) Programme aims to build local, national and regional feminist movements to challenge the systemic barriers in achieving women’s human rights and sustainable development which include neoliberal capitalism, land and resource grabbing, corporate power, militarism, patriarchy, fundamentalisms and patriarchal authoritarian governance. It thrives on claiming women’s human rights and demanding a fairer, just, equitable and sustainable model of Development Justice.
The current core strategy of the programme is a women-led and participatory Monitoring of 2030 Agenda on Sustainable Development to demand accountability of governments and corporations. The programme engages closely with Sustainable Development Goals and Financing for Development processes with the main aim to achieve stronger representation and participation grassroots women and amplify progressive women’s voices in this regional and international policy spaces for a system change. The programme work also covers strengthening feminist network coordination through Women Major Group and building cross-movements solidarity and actions through Asia Pacific Regional CSO Engagement Mechanism.**

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
The Feminist Development Justice Programme Associate (FDJ-PA) is an integral part of FDJ Programme team and will work closely with FDJ Programme Officer, FDJ Programme Organising Committee (FDJ-POC) members as well as other secretariat members. Some of the key responsibilities include:
Assist and work closely with FDJ Programme Officer to implement, monitor and evaluate programme activities (includes training, documentation, research, consultations, campaigns, advocacy) according to programme’s annual work plan and overall strategic plan.
Provide support to programme organising committee members and partners in engaging with the programme, including through maintaining regular and secure communication among network members or partners (including email, video calls, telephone calls, etc).
Provide support to coordinate the participation of members and partners attending programme activities (including logistical, visa, airline booking, finance support during meetings); as well as supporting the coordination with members and partners to strengthen advocacy opportunities in regional and international policy spaces.
Provide administrative and planning support to Programme Officer for APWLD’s Feminist Development Justice work, including network coordination with Asia Pacific Regional CSO Engagement Mechanism, Women’s Major Group and other relevant networks.
Provide support in ensuring the thorough and substantive documentation of the programme’s major activities and ensure that summary evaluation feeds into programme reports.
Provide support in facilitating the publication of key knowledge tools and resources that may be led by the FDJ programme or conducted in collaboration with other programmes.
Assist FDJ Programme Officer to write programme narrative and financial reports for members and donors.
Performs other duties as required by the Regional Coordinator or supervising Programme Officer.
