The MEL Coordinator will play a leading role within the Sudan team to bring together Conflict Analysis, Theory of Change, and Outcome Mapping and Harvesting. Working togther with the Sudan team and its partners, s/he will gather, test, provide and communicate evidence of programme outcomes, S/he will have proven experience in organisational learning or organisational development, information analysis and an understanding of peace, development and gender issues in Sudan.
