The role:
The MEAL Coordinator in Grand Gedeh and River Gee has a crucial role in overseeing the data collection and reporting to ensure quality implementation of the LEARN project in these two counties. He/she oversees the implementation of the project MEAL system, ensuring that all developed tools are used by assigned staff and partners. He/she rolls out a system for monitoring the project against set targets, ensuring that the system is functional and institutionalized within the project cycle management framework.

Qualifications and experience
Bachelor degree in Statistics, Education Administration or MEAL including studies relating to research and statistical analysis with research experience in education or other related field from an accredited college or university.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
* Minimum of 2 years of project M&E management or supervisory experience.
* Experience in the management of large scale data collections and training
* Extensive experience working in Liberia
* Contract length: Open ended
