The Assistant Program Officer, under the supervision of the Program Leader, and interacting with other TAF Program Units, will have the following responsibilities:

· Assist in organizing Short Talks, Workshops, and other relevant events or activities

· Assist in the identification, coordination, and management of contractors, service providers, and other suppliers, venues, and other logistical requirements

· Assist the team to meet its reporting requirements

· Support the development of Leadership component’s training tools and packages

· Provide support in ensuring that essential activities are properly documented

· Maintain filing system, including program management tools, and database of workshop participants

· Maintain the Leadership component’s Facebook Page and Website and other relevant online platforms, through assisting in content development and feedback.

· Provide technical support in producing quality materials such as enhancing content and visual appeal

· Assist the Team Leader for Leadership and Coalitions Development in tracking program expenditures and targets.

· Support the Foundation’s other activities as deemed necessary by TAF Senior Management.
