Our mission in Libya has been open since 2017. PUI develops its integrated approach with activities in Healthcare provision, Protection, and WASH/Infrastructure. At this time, the mission is implementing one project with the support of ECHO and is expecting funding from CDCS in Spring this year. We are currently seeking additional funding from other international donors in order to continue our activities in the East of Libya.
As Administrative and Financial Coordinator, you will be accountable for the sound financial, accounting and budgetary management of the mission as well as the management of human resources and the administrative and legal records. You will be the financial, administrative and HR representative for the mission, both internally and externally (donors, authorities, NGOs, etc.).
For this purpose, you will be responsible for :
-Reinforce the financial understanding and analysis in the admin team, supporting them getting confident with the tools, helping them guide the forecasting process and the overall budgeting mechanism;

-Guiding the implementation of the internal control mechanism, supporting the teams in understanding the importance of the application of PUI protocols in all aspects of their daily work; Libya is a volatile context that requires capacity to adapt to sudden scale down or expansion of presence.
