Background
In 2020 CRS began the implementation of a new global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (Oracle) in the US and across nearly 70 locations around the world. Within CRS’ Global People Resources (GPR) department, the Global Workforce Analytics team uses the new global HR component (Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM)) of the ERP to support internal stakeholders in more than 60 countries.
Job Summary
The Workforce Analytics Analy st I will manage and analyze database details to supports the GPR community and internal decision makers. This position helps to maintain and improve the agency’s use of data. You will create and generate standard and ad-hoc reports, analyze workforce data, identify data trends, and ensure data integrity. You will communicate datasets, findings and analyses in clear reports, visualizations and dashboards that will serve to support data-infused decision-making and continuous process improvement for the Global People Resources (GRP) community and the Agency as a whole.
